While we don't offer refunds, we are committed to ensuring you can access your purchase:

  • Corrupted Files: We will re-send or provide an alternative download link if files are corrupted
  • Email Delivery Issues: If you don't receive your download link within 30 minutes, check spam folder or contact support

Technical support does NOT constitute grounds for a refund. We will work with you to resolve access issues, but sales remain final.

5. Wrong Guide or Duplicate Purchase

  • We may offer a one-time courtesy exchange to the correct guide (at our sole discretion)
  • You must NOT have downloaded or accessed the content
  • Exchange is subject to verification and approval
  • This is NOT a refund - you will receive the correct guide, not money back

Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchased the same guide twice, contact us within 24 hours. We may issue a credit or exchange at our discretion.

6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute is considered fraud when:

  • You have received and accessed the digital product
  • No legitimate technical issue prevented access
  • You simply changed your mind or are dissatisfied with content

⚠️ Chargeback Consequences:

If you file a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute after receiving your product:

  • Your account will be permanently banned

Contact us first if you have a legitimate concern. Only file a chargeback if you did not receive the product or access was genuinely unavailable despite our support efforts.

This no-refund policy is lawful for digital products that are immediately accessible. Under the South African Consumer Protection Act, 2008:

  • Digital Goods Exception: The right to return goods does not apply to digital content delivered electronically where you have consented to immediate access
